Meet The Team
Zach grew up in New Jersey just outside of Philadelphia and honed his pizza-making skill at the Jersey shore. After developing restaurants in the Washington, DC area for the better part of a decade, Zach moved to Austin and opened the Regal Ravioli trailer in 2011. He could not be more excited to finally have the opportunity to bring a great pizza compliment right next door to the pasta business he spent years developing.
Hailing from the mysterious wilderness of Vermont, fancy young lad Jeremy attended the New England Culinary Institute. He left Culinary school to travel the country hoping to use his craftsmanship to feed the masses. Upon joining a traveling circus as the head cook he discovered a passion for food truck culture. Believing Mobile food to be the ideal way to spread high quality food to the regular people of the world Jeremy established himself in Austin, Texas in 2011 where the movement was already in full swing. It is then through fortuitous events that he befriended Zach Adams and the two have been working to bring pasta (& pizza) to the people ever since. Viva la pasta!✊️
